Import timesheet entries into QuickBooks Online from an Excel spreadsheet.
Complete each step below in order.

Connect to QuickBooks

Authorise this tool to access your QuickBooks Online company.

Fill in the Excel template with your time entries, then upload it in Step 3.

Download Template Opens as timesheet-template.xlsx

Columns: Date (yyyy-MM-dd) · Employee Name · Customer · Service Item · Hours · Description · Billable (Yes/No)

Upload your completed spreadsheet to import entries into QuickBooks.

You must connect to QuickBooks (Step 1) before importing.
